General Asset Pack License
The files in asset packages are Royalty Free. This means you are allowed to use them however you'd like for personal or commercial projects. They are not to be redistributed in a modifiable form, only as an end product. This means you can use it in your game, work of art, 3D print, etc. - but you can not share or sell the assets as a voxel file, polygon object file, rendered 2D asset, or any other format someone could easily create themselves if they had purchased the pack on their own. This is a "single studio" license. Instead of purchasing multiple copies for everyone on your development team, you only need to buy one copy! The license belongs to whomever paid for it: whether it is the studio business (LLC, INC, CO, LTD, etc.) or the individual purchasing. The License can still be used if the studio changes name, but does not carry over to any parent or child company. Individuals retain their license wherever they go, and can share it with their current team, but team members do not keep ownership if the purchaser leaves.
This license is perpetual, you will always be allowed to use these files. If you get this pack from the store as an individual product, you will also have access to any updates, including file corrections, new objects, updated colors and materials, and other features you subscribed to the "All Access Pass", you also get a perpetual license to use the assets. If you subscribed to the "All Access Pass", and downloaded asset packs from the Voxel Fox Dropbox, you also get a perpetual license, but you do not get free updates or re-download access after the pass expires.
There is no return policy, since files can be downloaded immediately at purchase. Every new package is free for the first 24 hours, so there is ample opportunity to try out these assets at no cost, and getting the pack for free carries the same perpetual license as purchasing it.
